And Happy New Year

Well, it is my gallbladder that's giving me fits. I have surgery next Friday to have it taken out. Yipee! But hopefully that will take care of all this pain and sickness. :) In other news, Christmas was amazing - though we did indeed miss the Sawyers. My amazing hubby got me a beautiful Citizen's watch and a super cool digital frame. :) I can't wait to get pictures onto the memory card and bring it into work so I can watch pictures of my love all day! Anyway. Now it's time to ring in the New Year and do you know that we have no plans? With me not feeling well, I just completely forgot that it was tonight! I think we'll just end up hanging out around the house and chilin'. Anyway. Time to get back to work! Lunch was good - but not long enough! Oh well. Such is the life of a working woman. Ha.

Happy 2009 everyone!

Merry Christmas!

So I haven't disappeared off the face of the planet. Promise. But our computer is pretty much dead and I have no way of checking this at home. I'm currently on lunch break from my amazing new job. Things are wonderfully blessed around the Frederick household. God seems to keep pouring His love out on us. We are so undeserving - but He just keeps on coming.

In other news - I am having some issues with my health. It is potentially my gallbladder - I'm having a test on Friday to find out. I'm in a lot of pain and just don't feel right, so prayers are appreciated.

Anyway - It's almost Christmas and I can't hardly believe it. It seems to have snuck up on us! Our sweet little Aylah Belle and family will be in Texas, so that's going to be a little different...but they'll be with us in heart! :) Well, lunch is almost over...so back to work I go. Merry Christmas to everyone!!!

The Great Christmas Tree Hunt!

So, Ean and I went on our great Christmas Tree hunt on Saturday! It was so much fun. Ean had always had an artificial tree, and my family had also as of the past several years. But it's ALWAYS been my dream to go cut down a tree. So my hubby, who is SO good to me, agreed to do it for at least this year. We went to one place and wandered around in blizzard like conditions...They didn't really have anything, so we went on to a second place. And let me tell you...it was awesome! It's called Wilfong's Christmas Tree Haven. They were WONDERFUL and they had an outstanding selection. We even got a wreath. :) Here are some pictures from our adventure...on top of all of that, we had so much fun, I think we're making it a tradition!!
